1. Problem of Initial Condition
Solar flares, sun spots and any other minor activities in the mother sun affect its tiny children, the planets and ‘afterbirth’, the satellites and meteorites. The mass of the sun affects the speed of revolution of bodies around it. Yet it is amazing to see that intellectuals, bound by age old effect-explaining science under the grip of scientific dogmas, just as fanatics with religious ones, believing there is no relationship between the rotation of the sun with the revolution of its subordinates around. It is quite disgusting as Galileo, the great scientist, refused to consider at first the concept of elliptical orbit Johannes Kepler put forward for planets since circles and smoothness were considered the order of the universe those days; fractals were unknown
Why shouldn’t one depend on the rotation of central mass?
It does not have anything to do with the equations of gravitation.
Artificial satellites can revolve in any plane around a central mass irrespective of its rotation.
But, here arises ‘The Problem of Initial Condition’ that puzzled
Newton and still remains unsolved.
Why do all the planets and spherical satellites revolve around the sun in the same direction, and that too, almost in the same plane?
Is it mere coincidence?
Great! What about homeostasis in mammals and birds that help them to survive heat and cold?
Why should sea water heave at the opposite side of the earth during spring tide?
Is it to balance the earth?
Does the earth know that it should do so or else its tilt would change?
Why do cells divide?
Is it to sustain race?
Does DNA or RNA think it should divide or else their very existence is under threat?
Here is an equation developed through trial and error, as Kepler did for the third law, correlating the rotation of the central mass and revolution of bodies around it. This imperfect one is not meant for any purpose of calculation but just to express that there is a strong possibility of such a relationship. If gravity of the sun can act at distance and curve the space-time for its planets to move around, the rotation of it must have something to do with the revolution of bodies around it or had at least during the formation of the solar system (please remember Newton’s confession, ‘the idea of gravity acting at distance is so great an absurdity’). At present it may have no immediate effect. If space-time ever bends, it is something rather than nothingness since something only can bend, nothingness never.

Where, T = Time of rotation of planets in seconds
d = Distance of the planets from the sun
e = eccentricity of planets
Incl. = Inclination of orbits.
Tilt = Degree of inclination of axis of planets and satellites
Vs = Orbital velocity of an object at the synchronous satellite position of the sun or any central mass. Taking the rotation tome of the sun as 25.38 days, the synchronous satellite position of the sun is at 2.52815599 E+8 meters away from the centre of the sun and hence, Vs = 72440 m/s
Vo = Orbital velocity of planets
Rp = Radius of the planet. It works because in this solar system Rp is an indicator of mass of the planet except the slight anomaly of Uranus and Neptune.
Cm = Central mass (mass of the sun for planets and mass of the planets for their respective satellites)
K = the constant of rotation. Here its value is 0.00292 (please remember G1/4 is 0.0028578). The time of rotation obtaining with the above generalized equation against the observable time is given in the table below.

The time of rotations of the earth came into existence not at random or chance, but by a perfect law that is still to attain perfection in this solar system. A long, long way is ahead to trace it out since the data regarding rotation is still incomplete and that there is no data of another solar system to compare with.
